Who We Are

We are a youth mountain biking club with the Texas League of NICA and based in Fort Worth.

Although the NICA Season has ended there are riding and racing opportunities around the DFW Metro.

DFW Series is a local favorite for XC racing.

Check out your local bike shop for events!

Shops in the area include Trek Bikes Fort Worth South, Fort Worth Cycling & Fitness, REI, Sun & Ski, Bike Mart at Clearfork, Sunrise Bicycle Shop & more.

We regularly ride trails associated with the Fort Worth Mountain Bike Association: FWMBA as well as the Dallas Off Road Biking Association: DORBA.

We are led by a group of NICA certified coaches who are passionate about learning. Some of our coaches have a few years of ride experience and others have been riding for decades. We have fun on bikes safely while helping to build strong bodies, minds, character, and communities through the lifelong sport of mountain biking.

What is NICA

The Texas Interscholastic Mountain Bike League serves Texas youth in grades 6-12 with recreational and competitive mountain biking programs. We are a project league of NICA, the National Interscholastic Cycling Association, a 501(c)3 nonprofit. Organized in 2011, we have grown from a few dozen athletes to nearly 1,000. We provide education, training, licensing, and insurance for coaches and volunteers and facilitate the development of teams across Texas. We provide a safe and supportive environment for youth to develop strong bodies, minds, and character through the lifelong sport of mountain biking.
